Your information.
A clear approach.

How this website handles contact information, site requests, and third-party links.

Inquiries and relationships

When you send the contact form, Labor Group stores the information you submit, including your name, email, optional phone and business details, selected interests, and message. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain relationship notes, and follow up on the business conversation. Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database before any email notification is attempted. Form text is not sent to our database while you are merely typing.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or confidential business documents in an initial inquiry. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.

Sources, security, and approximate location

An inquiry may include the referring website and campaign parameters available when you submit it. We also retain the request's network IP address and an approximate city, region, and country provided by Cloudflare to help protect the service and understand inquiries. Network location is not your precise location or a verified address; VPNs, mobile networks, and shared connections can affect accuracy. We do not request your device's GPS location.

Optional visit analytics

With your permission, this website uses first-party cookies to associate browsing sessions with a random browser identifier. We record visited public pages, timestamps, campaign sources, device category, approximate network location, and events such as form starts and phone or email link clicks. For consented visits, source and location diagnostics may also retain a reported in-app browser name, the network provider and network number (ASN), the IP-derived time zone, the browser-reported time zone, and the serving Cloudflare edge code. These signals help explain attribution limits; they are not proof of physical location, identity, or use of a VPN. An app-only source is labeled as inferred. A link click does not tell us whether a call or email was completed. Analytics does not record form text, keystrokes, passwords, or a device fingerprint. A session may be linked to the email actually submitted during that session.

You can allow or decline optional analytics in the site notice and change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not prevent sending an inquiry. This implementation also disables optional analytics when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Your preference is stored locally for up to 180 days; analytics browser cookies last up to 90 days and session cookies expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Clearing browser data or using another device can change the available attribution history. Necessary hosting, security, form-validation, and admin-authentication processing operate separately.

Email and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and private database. When configured, Resend handles inquiry notifications and one-to-one replies. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes a security challenge and its verification result. These providers process relevant technical or message data to perform their services. Ordinary email also passes through the email services used by you and Labor Group. Marketing updates require the separate optional opt-in; sending an inquiry alone does not add you to a marketing campaign.

Access, retention, and deletion

Inquiry and contact data are accessible only through the authenticated private workspace. Visit analytics and raw inquiry IP addresses are scheduled for removal after 90 days by the site's maintenance process. Relationship contact details, submitted messages, private notes, and stored email history remain until removed for a business or privacy reason. Separate email copies, provider logs, and backup copies can follow their providers' retention rules. Deleting an internal record does not recall an email already sent.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to withdraw permission for marketing updates. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Gary and external websites

The Gary workflows on this website are illustrations, not a live agent connection. This website does not send inquiries to Gary, OpenAI, Anthropic, or another model provider. External project links lead to sites with their own privacy practices. No advertising pixels are included in this implementation.

Client accounts, billing and change requests

Invited clients use a one-time email code to sign in to a private workspace. Essential, secure session cookies keep this sign-in separate from the administrator account. We store client contact details, invoice and subscription references, service proposals, change requests, and approval records to deliver and manage the engagement. One-time codes expire and are not included in the administrator email history.

Payments and payment-method management take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Labor Group does not collect card numbers or security codes through this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Email delivery uses our email service provider. Client and billing records are separate from optional browsing analytics and its 90-day housekeeping period; we retain records as needed for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Contact info@labor-group.com about access or corrections to your client account. Pausing portal access does not cancel a subscription; use billing management or contact Labor Group to review the billing arrangement.
